To confirm and run your booking, to contact you about it, to answer your messages and to keep the accounting records the law requires.

The crew that runs your tour receives your name and the number of guests. Our payment and email providers receive what they need to take your payment and send your confirmation. We never sell your data.

As long as your booking needs it, and then as long as Costa Rican law requires for accounting records.

Under Costa Rica’s Law 8968 on the protection of personal data, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to reservations@jacozipline.com.
